We Sleep in Separate Beds

While perusing the internet, I stumbled onto a blog entry about sleeping arrangements for couples. So it got me thinking, of course. Should couples have separate beds? Does it affect the intimacy in the marriage?

I've always thought that, as a rule, we should sleep in the same bed. Although, some nights when my husband is snoring, I think of ways to smother him in hopes of getting just 2 hours of uninterrupted sleep. While cuddling is nice, sometimes space is great. Especially if you're sick or pregnant or extremely tired.

I would love to hear from you!

I have most definitely wanted to have my own bed when my husband's snoring wakes me up. I am afraid it hurts his feelings if I even joke about it! I would also like to wake up without all of the covers either on him or on the floor. All that being said, I would miss his company if he wasn't by my side all night.

I'm glad to know I'm not alone. I too would miss hubby's warm body if he weren't there.

I actually like watching Sam sleep. He's always working on something when he's woke and he works so hard so I don't know maybe it sounds strange but I like to look over at him and see him sleeping because that's when he looks so peaceful...he does have this throat scratching thing though...:0)

How come I have never heard this snoring? It's all myth. Stop the slander and libel.
